Stealth in Pribislavitz broken?

So I’m currently at the point where you have to scout the bandit camp in Pribislavitz. I took the sneaky route at night and I already encircled the whole camp and technically could leave but I want to sabotage a bit and kill some bandits/cumans. Now the problem is that for example when I kill a cuman who sleeps alone in his tent, there is immediately another cuman right behind me even though there were none nearby before. Also when there are two cumans sleeping in one tent and I kill one of them, the other one wakes up immediately. And when I poison the food the whole camp seems to notice and I get detected. Seriously I don’t know what to do anymore. I did some bandit camps before, also sneaky, and it worked just fine. I killed everyone in their sleep without anybody noticing. But that doesn’t work here. Is this a bug or is it supposed to be that hard? Because I can’t imagine that. Is there any solution for this?

PS: My stealth skill is 9, my visibility/conspicuousness is 23/24 and noise is 3

It’s always been that way. i gave up on the stealth route. I circle the town and snipe as many as I can with bow, then go in and kill the rest. I wish they would fix it so you can do it via stealth, it would make more sense for the story.

Really? That’s disappointing. I mean this is THE one quest where you actually need stealth and it doesn’t work? It’s an utter shame. I mean I could sabotage one pot and one arrow barrel and leave but damn that’s just not satisfying. I really prepared for a stealth mission and now this…

Why does it work in the smaller camps and not here?

No idea. I think they made the mobs in it more reactive, to make it harder, but they made them too reactive.

Well it seems like a bug to me. Because it can’t be that you can’t finish this quest with the stealth route…

Yeah, I doubt it is how they intended the quest to be. Hopefully they eventually fix it, but I am sure it won’t be soon, as they have to take care of all the game breaking bugs first.

Maybe 1.4 fixed the issue? I play on PS4 so I don’t know since we don’t have the patch yet.

No, it didn’t. I am PC and have 1.4.1. I did the quest after the patch. It was even more bugged than before.

There’s a secret back way into the camp with a loot box with gear for you to dress up in when you go inside the camp once you poison if you turn directly behind you there’s also a secret little tunnel for you to go back into and hide it’s easy to mess but it’s a set of stairs and it actually goes pretty damn deep and you’re supposed to use that to your advantage and then you sneak back out when you get the chance and then you’re I think you’re supposed to set fire to the hay bale and then while everybody’s paying attention to the hey that you set on fire and you have to have the torch out for this otherwise you don’t have the torch you can’t set it on fire then you work your way to the Bandit camp

I do think it’s a load of shit that when you’re wearing the full face helm that they some how guess its a enemy…

Funnily enough, that’s exactly the place where I started. I also found the chest with the cuman outfit, but not the tunnel since it’s night. But that’s a good idea. I could try and experiment a bit inside the camp while wearing cuman armor.

I never had this issue, I took out most of them with just a dagger. Weird,I play on console so not sure there.

Yea I replayed this a few times. All while trying to steathily kill the whole camp. I failed the first few times and then went into battle the next day. Then I reloaded because I couldnt kill Runt and was much more successful with my stealth kills.

However, going into battle the next day I faced the same number of enemies. I then realized that it doesn’t matter how many you kill in camp, the mission is scripted to have this number of enemies. I think there’s a slight case of misleading advertising because Im sure in the preview it said you could choose how you wanted to do it, one of them being stealth. But correct me if Im wrong.

This is also the case in a similar mission down the line. When you can choose to stealthily kill the guards of a camp or just run away. Again, I was faced with many enemies in the battle the next day despite being very successful with my stealth kills.

Still sticking to the,viking armor after all the cuman armor is only hair from being an,exact replica of norse excavations when it comes to armor

Don’t get caught its like once they catch you the disquise bit is up and doesn’t work. So reload old saves.

Oh it works branches to climb on to hide in the dark its real easy to take out the front entrance bridge guards after that its kind of tricky

Or you could sake,Timmy out and get in with the bandits through morcock
