I already bought the game and playing it, now i see it is added to steam, i want to have it in my steam account, is there an option for that or do i ahve to buy the game again via steam???
When you bought it you purchased a steam key on release and access via launcher to the beta pre-release.

How/When do I get the mentioned key? On release?

Everyone will get a new Steam key at release. The beta right now is distributed via Launcher. On Release, you will find a Steam key in your Profile.
