I just purchased the game through steam and was wondering if i am still going to receive the preorder bonuses or since I did prepurchase it does not count?
The official release is not until the 13th.
Unless I missed something about the bonus being limited time, one would assume that as long as you buy before the 13th you should receive the bonus goods.
This is assumption though.

Simply yes. I think steam will show it as “pre-order”. So it’s a pre order. 
The only reason I questioned it is because it specifically said pre-purchase, but thank you!
Pre-Purchas is just steams choice of wording, its literally the same as a pre-order.
they use that term becuase of the Early Access program qualifies as Pre-order.
