Hello so I am not sure right now if I have bought the game on Steam but my money is gone.
The game is in my library but if I go to the Store page I have a option to buy the Game again?!
So I am not sure if this is a Bug or some Kind of that.

You must wait till 13th when the game will be available to download and install.

You can play it on 13th of february and download.

I understand it. You can buy the game (gift) on Steam even if you own it.

I also have bought the game on steam and i also can buy it again
That is interesting, i am not able to buy it again, maybe just a gift but i am not sure.
