I had a bad reputation when I went to sign up for the archery so he wouldn’t sign me up. I then killed him but am wondering where the wine is he did not have it in his possession. The quest just says find the wine some other way so I am guessing I didn’t fail it. Any help is appreciated.
Maybe find the guy who wins the archery contest?
I killed him before the contest started.
I had a nightmare with this
I actually won the Archery contest but nothing happened and I didn’t get the wine, I had to reload a previous save and I then lost the contest and had to bribe the winner
Maybe if you can find the archery master’s house you can loot it from there but i’m not 100% sure

Try looking online/google? I only mention that because i’m sure I saw it somewhere when I had issues
I knocked out the archery master and looted the crate behind him on the Archery range but there was no wine there
I found the wine in a chest at the archery plac eone day before the tournament. There was no one there so I just lockpicked it.
You can steal the wine the night before the competition. Or if you lose the competition talk to winner and he may give you the wine.
