Still have no Steam link

It is now 20:40 GMT, 8 hours after official release and I have still yet to receive my Steam profile link. I am Baron tier and I pledged years ago.

So far what I have done is:
Restarted my Browser (Chrome)
Used a different Browser (IE11)
Contacted WH_JiriRydl on DM, who replied but nothing has still happened.
Contacted Support who asked for proof if I was a backer, and when I sent proof they still haven’t replied.
Screamed in frustration.

If anyone has any further suggestions as to what I should do please tell me. I’m rather miffed.

Same issue here. Backed 12/9/2015 at Baron tier and have nothing. Messaged support 24h ago with no reply so far.

Yup, same exact issues. I have nothing for “rewards” under my Profile, no way to “link” my steam, no tracking info on my physical Baron tier reward, no key to play and install digitally, NOTHING.

I also messaged WH_JiriRydl and he basically said it was a problem on my end, then told me to contact customer support (I’ve already sent support two emails and haven’t heard back in 2 days time) and then he blocked any further communication from me!

What a shitshow this release is. We should have never kickstarted this game, just bought it when it released. 5 year wait and we can’t even play when everyone else can who didn’t back it. Unreal.

Nearing 11 hours after release now. All warhorse staff are probably asleep now asleep now so I doubt I’m going to be able to play until tomorrow. To quote a famous youtube food critic “My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.”

Same. I have my Steam key on my profile page, but the game isn’t loading in Steam. All I have still is the Beta.

I’m in the same position. Profile page says its been linked to steam, but my steam library has nothing but the beta.

I think that I found a solution when I went to the steam store page for the game it told me that it is already there and offered a play now button I click it and it gave me a download so I think I am installing the game now hope this helps.

The number of times I have been to that page hoping that would happen to me is embarrassing. There is no sign on steam that I even bought the game.

I’ve email support and no response, and I’m not seeing anything from them on the boards, either.

I’ve sent another email to support, with full details of what I have tried on my end, and full evidence of my pledge. This is getting ridiculous, its almost 24 hours since release.

Same here. I guess that’s what I get for backing it early; I don’t get to actually play and support ignores me lol
