There was no patch for the encounters I think. The next patches for PC will come in the next two Weeks according to Daniel Vávra’s Twitter Acc.

the patch is over 1 week old
the encounters issue will be adressed with the next patch
the last patch was only some bugfixing and minor improvement i’d call it a hotfix

i have start a brawl so i was bore, and when gard start beating me i have flee on my horse and when far enough have start a fast travel, strangly i came back on my way and cross gard and people i have beat and the encounter thing have work, but other way there is nothing out there exept camp
The patch that just came out was never going to fix it, the next patch for PC supposedly will fix it, you’ll get that in a week or two.
