Yeah any news on when the next PS4 patch will drop? I have pretty much held off playing this game until the combat systems and lock picking bugs are fixed.
Hold off playing it longer till they fix the save glitch/bug too. Just lost over 50 hours tonight trying to continue my game upon getting home. Didn’t have this issue before the patch, but now? man… I am bummed. 50 hours gone. No want to start another save and have it happen again.
i would say just hold on till next 2-3 patches

I had a trouble on a quest because it didn’t trigger right, turn out i had to go all the way back to the first big battle when you kill Runt. My save files where missing.
PS4 and I had my files saved on a external device. Not even sure how they were deleted too… really liking the game a lot. Waited a long time for it. Played through the bugs and still praised the game, but man…losing 50 hours just killed my gaming mood tonight.
shit u just gave me a big chill and here i think am safe from this bug by having my data saved on a USB
btw am not playing anymore i faced bigger problem in the game than this. so am waiting for them to fix it
I have never wanted a patch for a game to drop more than I do now for KCD.
I have just finished the Ginger in a pickle quest so have just started the game but think I will not keep playing until a few issues are resolved. So impatient! This game is epic!
I feel you. I stopped using alchemy tables a few days back because when I used them? My guy would start floating into the sky and if I didn’t exit the station in time? I’d fall to my death each time. Then the archery tournaments would get bugged to where the NPCs wouldn’t fire at all and make you wait forever to finish the match. Then in the master one? The baliff would spawn and not even allow the match to start thus losing 70 gold. Many more bugs, but I just played through it. Waited years for this game and man…probably best to find another game to play till they fix this. All we can do since especially me since I pre-0rdered and no way to get a refund. Here is to hoping they get this all right…wasn’t expecting them to release the game in this state while charging Triple A pricing…
Yeah I agree, you would think the game would be thoroughly tested before release! Why not just postpone the release date.? I love what this studio has done like with game design and I get that they are a small studio but yeah we are all left a little lacking.
well to be honest i did expect the game to be buggy just like skyrim was on release, am pretty sure they are gonna fix everything in time, my biggest problem was in high levels the game becomes childs play i can kill anyone with one shot.
ill keep on supporting this game. these thing happen in these games simply the beta testers are not enough to discover all the bugs cuz in these games there are thousands. all those bugs you mentioned i didnt have any, but yeah i had some other you didnt have.
i played skyrim on release thats why I understand I was really pissed back when skyrim got released I got stuck in the mages guild quest cuz of a glitch i had to make a new game all over again, but look at skyrim now its perfect
Completely agreed there bro. I can always play Monster Hunter World or one of my other games in the meantime. No way I am letting this go just yet. Knew there would be bugs as all games have them upon release. Just not to this extent. Here is to hoping they get it right soon and make up for the base that has supported this game for a few years and are still patiently waiting. I think everyone is getting a lot of different bugs from what I see now that I found this forum and started chatting with others. Crazy about some of their issues that I had no problem with.

I read an article today stating that they have sold over 1 million copies across all platforms, so yeah I don’t think WHS will be running out of money any time soon and am confident that they will get this game sorted. Far out 1 million copies thats a lot of cheddar!

yeah if you look at my profile summary you will know how much am on this forum, and I tell you this WH IS literally reading almost all people complains and bugs and are listening to the forum, they gonna add save and exist,lock picking improvement for controllers, more aggressive AI / stronger level AI. and all that cuz the community requested it.

Yeah they are making good money and will make things right I believe. They’re not EA or Bungie lol… they want a new fanbase for later stuff and the only way to get a loyal base is doing them right. The game is beautiful and very entertaining with all bugs aside. Just will have some knowledge when i start over later lol…ugh so many hours gone.

you know you can finish the quest in multiple ways sometime you can even miss cut scene cuz of the choices you made so you can try different approach next time you play.
when i played for the second time after i lost my 1rst save i was really impressed i got cut scenes that i missed on my other save
Its a real RPG man, like the game is stunning! Its a breath of fresh air for the gaming community and I genuinely wish WHS all the best!
yeah me 2 you know the R2 issue can get fixed easily by your self cuz the actual problem is they have seted the trigger value for 90% so if your controller is worn out even just a little bit you cant use it properly there is a work around you can still play cuz i had the same issue, but i still suggest to wait as there are bigger problems waiting for you if you play.
