Have got the ring for the miller, but as soon as I talk to him , My guy says: ‘thanks but no thanks I’m not a thief’ and I cannot sell things to him…what is going on?
It’s a glitch. Kinda a funny one becuase in his dialogs he really has no problem admiting that he is a theif.
anyway to fix it? Or am I stuck with piles of things I cannot sell XD
I’m not sure as I have not ran into this problem myself. If anything you’re probably have to resort to using a previous save and see if the glitch happens again. Other then that, I’m not sure.

Oh wow, okay. So this is basically a “game breaking glitch”. This maybe something that you will have to wait for a game patch. You may not be able to fix it yourself. But that’s just to my knowladge. Someone may already know how to fix it if you can fix it yourself.
