ever since the recent patch, when searched by guards i lose all my stolen items from my horse? so they fixed that then? wasnt in patch notes.
That was always the case as far as i know. The only place the guards do not look, was in your trunk. They do search you and your horse.
are you on pc? i know for sure they didnt before this recent patch a day or 2 ago on ps4
and yeah it makes more sense that way felt like an exploit to transfer stolen goods to horse but just making sure its not just me

Im on PC and my horse was searched also!
If I get it right, they search my horse too and complain about stolen things but don’t confiscate them which is a bit odd to me.
hmmm, maybe its a bug then if its different for everyone. Guess just have to wait and see.
I think this should be addressed properly. If you’re caught with hot property, and you’re also near to your horse, within a realistic distance for the guard that caught you, then yes, stolen goods within the horses saddlebags should be lost also. But, if the horse is way out of range of any guard to actually get to then it shouldn’t.
Maybe a horse perk can be added that allows it to bolt, and run away from the player when called upon?

yeah i dont really care what they do, just want them to do something so i can change my habits with stolen gear and not have to wonder if its a glitch or not
