Hi. I have the same problem. No debuffs, no perks, just strenght -1. I think it is glitch.

Maybe it hasn’t something to do with you energy and nourishment level? Try getting those to 100 and see if it change anything.
Hey was having the same issue, saved and restarted and my stats were lower but not red anymore, what I believe is happeening is when you get in a fight while you have the against all odds it raises the stat, but then once youre out of the fight and no longer outnumbered it lowers again, but the game seems to think you are debuffed or something

I’m having a similar issue as well. My poor Henry, the drunk fucker that he is has come down with alcoholism. Which sounds fun but the Hair o’ the Dog potion did not cure it, when the meter on the debuff expired it still showed as an effect. Even worse, when I uploaded prior saves they did not show the Alcoholism effect, but their stats showed the same detriments as produced by alcoholism. On. All. My. Saves. This shit needs to get fixed, fast.
I just had a similar issue. I’ve been alcoholic, and when I saw the potion didn’t work, I decided to reload a save, and saw I had the debuffs still, reloaded other saves just before and the debuffs were still there. I saw your message and decided to see if it was the case by reloading a very early save, from like 4 hours playtime when I have 100, and apparently it fixed everything, I no longer have the debuff on any saves.
POSSIBLE FIX
I had this issue too I tried all saves on playthrough and that didn’t work all saves had wrong stats, so I loaded game from my other playthrough (which for me was just after prologue) and that had correct stats. I then reloaded my most recent save on the wrong stats playthrough and voila that worked.
