My latest save sticks me in a house with the Miller and Teresa. None of us can open the door - the option just doesnt appear. Had to use a different save file. I waited for hours, slept another day - still same. The miller spawns at the base of the ladder and doesnt move. The door out of the room doesnt have an option to open. 
i had a similar issue in talmberg where i was not able to climb a ladder.
The option was there, but pressing the button did not work at all
Same issue here in Sasau middle room doesnt appear the room open door option after renting it for 230 bucks. Workaround to get my loot is to rent another room and the loot will appear there but means more $ spent. Please bugfix on next release guyssss. BTW fkn awesome game . For future reference the version is 1.2.5 Steam version. Cheers
