After i had interrogated the captive and taken him to rattay i got the quest to report to sir Radzig but the camp he was supposed to be in was completely empty- Later i found him in his chambers by the dinnerhall(?) where the player meets him and the other nobles for the first time. He was standing by the bed and once i talked to him he left the room.
