I am currently stuck on All That Glisters, i need to interrogate Jezhek in Rattay, but cant seem to find him, the waypoint marker indicates hes underground at the church but how do i get there?

Actually, he’s on the Rattay’s prison, that’s why he’s underground. The access is through Scribe’s building.
