my friend and i just wondering ,if your character act some stupid thing like you rammed into a tree or fell down on the ground accidently,will the npc around you react to your stupid move?like laughing at you or come over and ask you are you ok or not something like that ?stupid thoughts

Good idea. Maybe every settlement has a NPC who acts as the village idiot and the player can decide to be the newcomer. 
they already do this. approach npcs while crouched, they laugh at you or ask if you have back trouble
