Hi,
First post here so hi to all and thank you the developers for developing such a wonderful game. I never expected that someone would mind to craft a truly deep medieval game, specially from the aspect of combat (and even more, making it playable and intuitive as it seems on the video). I am myself an HEMA practitioner but I’m mainly focus on the Rapier (although I do also the longsword).
The reason of this topic is that we are mostly focus on the combat style nearer to the duelist system across Europe, which was more or less a “fair” system of solving issues between nobles without recurring (at least always) to death. Additionally, it solved the problem of both nobles assembling their comrades and making a slaughter in the town/region they shared to solve their differences instead.
My question is: Is intended to incorporate such Duelist aspect of the medieval life to the game, which could mean a more challenging way of one-on-one fighting? if not, is it now XD?
Now seriously, I think it would be a nice aspect, specially because one thing is to brag around the court and another one to have the skill to defend it (and also was some sort implement in montain blade but a little far for actual real dueling rules).
