I noticed this is a common bug that has no work around. I am having the same problem, please make this a priority patch. I was stopped SEVERAL times, over and over and over again for searches, with nothing on stolen on me. When I allow the search… AGAIN, the surrender option (L1 + X) in the bottom right corner doesn’t go away, and is the only option given with the X-button when I try to sleep. Not allowed to sleep.

I’m having exactly the same problem, it seems the only work around at the moment is to sleep at camps where beds are on the floor & don’t require you to sit.
I’m having the exact same problem on Xbox One. I have to sleep in floor beds as the “Surrender” interaction interferes with sleeping.
Same Problem Hopefully a patch will come in the coming weeks that will fix this issue
I’m having this glitch as well. I’ve been three days without sleep and the game is unplayable. Please fix this glitch!
Murf it is playable but have to use the bandit camps and beds that don’t require you to sit down to go to sleep, until they patch it
I have the same problem in PS4. sleep in camps or any bed on the floor for now
Where are camps close to Rattay mill and the city? Right now the only camps I’ve discovered are way to far north when I was doing the ginger the pickle quest line?
Playing on the PS4 and I also have the same bug. It started when I was heading out Hunting with the Prince and it seems every guard in town had to run over and search me. Rather than just initiate dialogue, I had to surrender to them. I had assumed the prince had put them up to it to harass me, but now I see it is just a bug.
Unlike a lot of other bugs, this one persists between saves and game restarts.
Please get this one fixed ASAP!!!
At the entrance of Rattay, where the refugees are… I sleep in their beds on the floor. Near the mill, I believe the closest will be the floor beds at the baths.
How are you guys saving when those beds don’t provide a save point? This is so redic
They do save… Though in my case sometimes beds don’t save…all of them…anyways since this morning the surrender sign disappeared for me
yeah I just have that problem I will try to sleep on the floor but I redownload but I got so far in the game don’t see the point turning back
Yea it’s definitely a bug but th searching may not be? Are you dressed badly or is your clothes beat up because is your dressed shitty guards will wanna search you more. But the rest I think is def bugs
Yea I have the same problem as well. When riding off with captain Bernard someone decided to search me while I was the horse. Well I rode away without submitting and the search option never disappeared or turned into a fine. Now the only beds I am able to sleep on are on the ground. I can sit on regular beds but that is it. I hope they are working on a fix for this! I love this game i just wanna enjoy it

Well we get rid of the first surrender glitch to now run into my second save glitch. There’s this ticking noise that won’t go away and I can’t save in any form now cause it says I’m in combat when I’m not. Despite being able to sleep and play the entire game as normal I can’t save period and the ticking is extremely annoying needless to say.
