System requirements

Are there already some hints for the system requirements? (minimum and recommended?)

read the posts in this topic.

I have a top of the range PC but the graphics look so good, I don’t know if it will run it. Would be good to know if we need a nuclear power station to run it with same fidelity and graphics :).

supposedly xbox one specs or higher.

you basically want an i5 cpu or higher (x1 uses 8 core amd at 1.75 gh/s… my quad intel is 3.5 tho so the cores don’t scale)
8 gb ram or more
geforce 660/or higher/equivalent amd gpu

If those are the requirement, I would be fine. However the quality of graphics am seeing in the videos somehow gives me the impression the requirements you quote will be minimum for the PC. As consoles can leverage the processing power a lot more efficiently than PC’s.

ya i was going for minimum as the op has a 2009 macbook. EDIT Op of post recommended by BLEIDDIAD has 2009 macbook.

personally i’ve got…

intel 4770k cpu (quad 3.5 gh, oc’d to 4 gh)
asus TUF gryphon mobo
16 gb ram
geforce 760x
corsair 550 liquid cooling system
seagate 1t sata hd

i’m confident in my rig
if such confidence is misplaced i’ll upgrade my gpu in late 2015

I’ll probably get problems…
My GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7770
I hope it will work though… and not everything on minimum settings
otherwise I have to upgrade or buy a whole new system …

Does anyone know what engine this game is running on?

it is working with cry engine

It has been a while since I updated my computer so I already expect to have to boost it shortly before the game comes out.

I am thinking about buying a gaming PC (I’m new to PC gaming) and was wondering if it could run Kingdom Come and at what settings. The specific one I’m looking at is the Lenovo y510p with dual SLI Nvidia graphics cards.

KD isn’t coming out for roughly two years, and you should never base an important purchase such as a computer on one factor alone. If you guys are in the market to purchase a new PC, go to a PC specific forum such as Tom’s Hardware and get support there, not on the forums of an unreleased game.

That said, I don’t expect KD to have huge requirements to get the game up and running, but it may be a bit difficult to get ultra settings and a good FPS going.

Bro, you’ll run it on Ultra if you have a solid CPU as well.

Just look up the requirements for Crysis 3. It WILL be the same.
The game content doesn’t affect the requirements, the engine does and if KCD uses CE3 then it will be the same as Crysis 3.

I’m hoping I’ll run the game on max settings with this:

Intel i5 4570 3.2 GHz
MSI R9 270X Gaming 2G
8 GB RAM
AC4 on max 40-60 FPS, BF4 60-70, so I hope I’ll run it atleast on 40.

Do you think I can run this with some decent graphic settings?

I have:
Intel Core i5-2500 BOX - procesor, socket 1155, core frequency 3.3GHz,
Kingston HyperX Blu XMP 8GB (kit 2x 4GB) 1600MHz
MSI N560GTX-Ti-M2D1GD5/OC - graphic card, VGA, NVIDIA GTX560, PCIe x16, 2x DVI, mini HDMI, 1GB DDR5

just upgraded for this game:

Intel Core i5 4690k @ 3.50GHz
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 G.skill ripzawsx
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 EVGA ACX

100FPS on Rome 2 at high settings

These are my system:

i5-3570k @ 4,5GHz (24/7) and if it necessary are up to 4,9GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
HD 7950 @ 1100MHz

I hope it will be enough for medium with good AA-mode.

MfG Drebbin

i-5-4670 Haswell 3.5ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GTX 770 2gb ram running at 1080p

Asus AI tweaker clocks my cpu temp while idle at 60C while speccy clocks it at 70C - so i might need to lower the resolution.
