Have anyone experienced that Talmberg castle guard house/entrance of the castle and some of the wall is glitch away?
Because of that, it’s impossible to access the barricades.
Can someone help?

Yes that it, and at the same time I have 3 guards how is just standing at the same spot every time i look

Same here.
the whole bridge leading to Northern entrance of Rattay was gone the other day, stood there for like 30 seconds and then it showed up…I was galloping into town and almost ran off the cliff lol
