I can see that this is a commonly reported bug, so I will spare you the fine details that others have already went over.
In short, however, I have to leave Talmberg to bury my parents and I specifically want to take the "steal armour, leave through the gate" path.
Got the armour > bribed the guard > shouts “OPEN THE GATE!” > nothing happens.
Yes, I know you can just leave over the bridge and run from the guards. However, this is an RPG and my version of Henry would be more tactful than just hopping into a moat and legging it.
I’ll be patient and return to the game once this is fixed. Don’t want to ruin my saves by progressing past it un-patched.
