i tried a lot of things to solve this after new patch 1.3.1, i tried 5 new games, debug, deshit de i don’t know what da fk i was doing. nothing worked. i found an old save on my other windows profile, if u went to save number 28 i think with the name the hungt begin, u will start new walkthrough with bernard giving you ur first horse (pebels)
now random encounters works like charm made my day incase someone lost hope like me
