Hello I continue to have problems when especially entering in Rattay and Im playing in a Ps4 Pro with a disc 
This is a small example usually I dont have any bridges and its constant.
Also dont know if it is on Purpose but cant get in any way the bow from the dlc abd have everything built and with the proper building.
Next Patch (1.9.x) will be available on 11 June for PS4 and Xbox.
Maybe this will help…
The sinew bow is back in this patch.
I got the update today already. The in game menu says 1.9.1
