I think given what Henry accomplished and everything he did for the area where the game took place, Margrave Jobst should have knighted Henry. Given his high station I am sure he probably had the authority. Henry may be a bastard, but his father is a lord and hetman, and even a peasant could technically be knighted.
If they are going off to some other part of Bohemia, Henry would be taken much more seriously and treated better, being presented as a Knight, with a written patent provided by Jobst. He was able to do alot and treated decently because he was from the area and people knew who he served etc, once he goes to some other location…not so much. He could now just be a landless Knight in the service of his father, Sir Radzig.
