I heard it will not continue the story and you will be forced to play as a female…Not liking it. Pls let users create a new Male or Female character or just keep using Henry. I would also like this DLC tied into my main game saves. I do not want to all this over like the devs did with Wildlands and the Division

I have heard rumors that it could be Joan of Arc as DLC. Don’t know could be cool. But again just rumors

in fact there’s not much known about DLC content yet
they only said they want to make the stretch goals like dog companion and tournament mode as DLC’s that didnt make it into the game yet. Also probably a female Questline
I’d like Blacksmithing as minigame (similar to alchemy) as DLC

Earlier in the development process the idea was that you during a part of the game played as a female character. Likely Teresa working on saving henry and getting him to the mill alive.
Might be what they will be adding.
(just me guessing, not something I have any info on)
Before I like to see Bugs and Optimization updates. Graphics need to Render fully, More animals too.

bugs are animals no? I’d like to see more bugs too and maybe some rats/mice and owls/eagles that hunt them
If its joan of arc, I might be cool, but not interested in playing as a different Gender… Please don’t do that

A blacksmithing mini game where you can craft your own weapons and armor would be a really good addition great idea

I think logical would be a game that takes part in the Hussite Wars
that would be cool for KCD 2

But from the game’s ending it’s pretty clear where it’s headed. Henry would be like 50 years old by the time of the Hussite wars.

The later crusades yes, but they started in 1419, and that would make Henry 36 if he is 20 years old when the game takes place. He’d only be 51 at their conclusion in 1434, and it’s not un plausible for him to be leading men in battle at that age, maybe not fighting as much but he still could.

Sure. Still don’t see a reason to skip the storyline that was developed in the first game and skip some 16 years ahead to the hussite wars. If you haven’t finished the game there’s really no point in discussing this since it is pretty clear that there won’t be a “16 years later” screen in the next game.
Well the next game will certainly be set around rescuing Wenceslas. Maybe they will do something with Grunwald since it was in the early trailers.

Of course, i’d imagine we be playing as him at Grunwald too, and into the Hussite wars.
Heard a rumor it’s actually going to be based in america and we’re playing a fur trader’s daughter in the French and Indian War.
Either that or it’s in Antarctica, and we’re going to be playing a penguin during a migration. I forget.

but you’re right nonetheless I think its not enough although I can see that they are busy with other things atm but to keep contact and informations going you need to have some staff in the forums
