Its a crappy Sword, I decided to wait for #WarhorseStudios to issue a patch that fixes this, thought about the nexus mod, but hell no, not for a Sword that I wont use anyways…
Hmm, the talmberg piece isn’t where it’s supposed to be in my game, I knocked the blacksmith out took his keys,got his house location off YouTube and the sword part isn’t there, is this a bug or do you have to get them in order talk about frustrating!
Check the room next to the door it’s meant to be in… mine was floating half way up the wall.

That durability of 10 is a nice touch and joke. 
It was broken in the first part, so I imagine someone bought it, it broke, that someone was a great entrepreneur and invented a nice tale of Queen of Sheba and found a few fools who’d believe the tale. The only strange part is why he wouldn’t sell all the pieces to the first fool who’d purchase them and instead he had to find 5 of them.
Yes it was for me, well at first it wasn’t there,but then I did the aquires quest and it appeared not on a barrel like just floating in mid air lol, but im Impressed with myself for completing this quest without picking a lock!
Yeah except I searched his house multiple times and I can’t find it, the barrel is not even there. I’ll keep checking, but this will now be the ~nth time that I’ve checked that damn house.
I wish the devs had a path to getting a piece from Pickman if you DIDN’T give him a water carry job but emptying latrines.
I followed the path that makes the Bailiff happy and screwed the pooch on the quest.
BTW on PC there is a mod that beefs up the sword. Not to rival the St. George but close.
Is minor problem because there are 6 pieces of sword and you need only 5.
giving him water job isn’t enough though. you need explicitly ask him for “a bribe” when assigning him a job…
