Hello people, I have been playing KCD since its release on the 13th. I have done quite a few quests but there is this one particular quest that I have been stuck on. Its The Queen of sheba’s sword quest where I have to go around the map and collect sword pieces from different blacksmiths/Swordsmiths. The only issue is I cant seem to locate the last piece of the sword which was supposed to be with the blacksmith right outside of Talmberg. But when i talk to him he says he lost it and doesnt know where it is. I tried pic-pocketing him and found nothing useful. I also tried looting the chests in his house, which i found by following him when he was headed home.
If anyone knows any whereabouts about the last piece please let me know thanks.

I have the peice you dont currently have i got it from a begger in rattey named pickman for giving a job carrying water buckets and he gives you a peice for giving him the job and the only other one i have is from the place wjere u get the quest where are the other swordsmiths and aurmorsmiths?
I found that shard on top of a barrel in the blacksmiths house in talmberg. Another one was upstairs in the swordsmith house in rattay inside a chest, and the third one I have I can’t remember where I got it from.
Edit: Also seconding saying where you got your shards from so we can cross reference.
Thanks alot guys for your feedback. I acquired 4 of the pieces from the following location/people:
- The Blacksmith at Rattay had one locked away in the chest in his home which is next to his station.
- Pickman located at Rattay gave me one piece of the sword as a reward for getting him a job as water carrier for the Bailifs job request.
- One of the blacksmith in sasau had it on him so I pickpocketed it from him. he has a blacksmith station close to the monastery
- I found another piece at Ledetchko. The blacksmith had it. I forgot whether I pickpocketed from him or stole it from his chest in his home.
BTW thanks bloodaxis I was looking for the piece that was located at Talmberg. Will go and collect the 5th piece from his house. I dont know how I overlooked it 
Im having trouble finding the blacksmith in talmberg wheres he at?
If you head northwest of talmberg along the river stream you should come across a mining area thats where he has his station. His house is located across from the third bridge on the west of talmberg. Its the house right across the river on the right hand side when crossing the bridge with the castle behind you.

Shard 1. Smith (Zach) by monastery. He has it in his inventory on his body.
Shard 2. Swordsmith in Rattay, hidden in an easy pickable trunk on second floor of his shop.
Shard 3. Talmberg smith. He has it laying around inside his house ontop of a barrel behind a locked door. His house is the one next to the conciliation Cross.
Shard 4. From Pickman for getting him a water carrying job with the Bailiff of Rattay. (Quest is started by talking to the Bailiff.)
Shard 5. Smith in Ledetchko? I can’t recall this one to be honest. But I think he has one?

So if you didn’t give Pickman the water carrying job can you not get the sword?

Can someone post a screenshot of the talmberg house on the map. I can’t even find the work station for the blacksmith. There is one further north up the road, is that it?
Seems not. I had him carry shit and were unable to get it, even with pick pocketing him
Makes no sense I checked that house multiple times. When you go through the main door immediately to the left a locked door and left is the barrel, which has no top but no sword part. Game is probably glitched. Is this sword even worth it?
Welp guess I’m not getting this sword then I make him carry Shit too.

Maybe try killing him and see if he is carrying it? Also, I found the piece at the blacksmith house it was floating mid air in the back second room lol.
As I mentioned earlier, I picked his pocket with no avail, I doubt killing him will cause any difference
