£1310 at first but i made a school boy error of getting 32gb ram and only normal windows 7 so i then had to spend another £125 getting windows ultimate 
live and learn though as they say

Not sure why we don’t just send some special forces over there. We could just keep denying it like Putin does.
Putin is waiting for such pretext to go in with full force. He has over 200.000 soldiers statitioned alongside the border waiting for that to happen. Unless you are ready to go in full out war with Russia, you need to stay the fuck out of it.
It will be interesting to see what will happen once the final report on the MH17 is out. Now even the Russians stopped with their nonsense about the flight being shot by Ukrainian jet fighter. Everything points out to Russia. I hope that once that happens Russia will get the same level of treatment Iran was enjoying until recently.

Well first of all, all you gave Ukrainians so far were a couple of HMMVs that were about to be scrapped, because they are not good enough even for US cops to ride them in the town alongisde their new MRAPs.
Secondly, everyone and their dog knows that Russia is supplying weapons to the rebels so that would only level the playing field. There would still be that deterrenet of possible soldiers on the ground being added later. It is hard to say what would they do, I’d say it is 60/40 against invasion if only material is in place, and 90/10 for invasion if soldiers come.
FYI US and UK pledged to defend Ukraine in 1990s for them to get rid of nuclear weapons. Had they kept them, they would not have this problem in the first place.

and according to satellite images the ukrainains were . so who shot it down is still very much in the air . what is for certain though is it was NOT russian military .

we should keep it monitored in case it does go south but other than that leave them to it .

intimidating russia will not work . most other nations all it takes is the US to threaten with miltary and the smaller nation backs down .
in this case russia wont back down and the white house knows this so there is no point threatening with military action if your not prepared to use it and quite clearly NATO isnt prepared or in a position to use force against russia . right now it would be fair to say NATO is the weakest its been for years .

The only real threat from Russia is its nuclear arsenal. Otherwise, it has nothing on the NATO forces in Europe. The same NATO forces in Europe had nothing on Warsaw pact 30 years ago.
And you are forgetting one crucial fact. If this becomes open war, everyone in Europe will prefer to have that take place in Ukraine rather than Estonia/Poland/Bulgaria.

russian military is much more geared towards nation v nation that NATO’s who’s has (much to my disagreement ) been geared towards fighting insurgencies .
this idea the russian army is crap is very far from reality . russia could commit far more troops far quicker than NATO so NATO would be fighting uphill from the start . i dont think neither side would come out well off . both sides could kick 50 shades of shit out of each other . the most likely out come would be a agreement of some kind that wouldnt benefit Ukraine the slightest.
so all out war with russia would simply mean more of ukraine destroyed and fuck all really achieved for either NATO or russia
