Most other Europeans actually do. I’ve met some Croatians, Austrians, Germans, French, Poles, etc., etc., who were just unbeliavably puzzled that I am a Czech and I don’t get shitfaced at every opportunity.

If you ask the average Czech citizens what culturally defines them the majority would say beer.
If you asked the average American what defines them culturally it would range vastly region to region.
The U.S. is giant multicultural society that cannot be generalized so easily in statements such as -
