I suppose so. As long as the word genocide isn’t tossed around I’m happy.

i guess you could define it as that yes . i would simply put it down to not understanding the scientific effects of such contact . although . would we have acted any different even if we did understand ?

I’m sure the average settler would have. These were just normal people trying to make a living for their families in a tough new land, they weren’t evil.

That’s something I have debated before.

Small pox a was bitch and hard on everyone even though we knew to some extent how to deal with it.

What I have always wondered was did settlers ever intentionally withhold aid or medical knowledge for things we definitely knew how to dealt with? such as the common cold, which to an underdeveloped immune system could be as lethal as small pox.

Its a moot point because there is not allot of evidence to support nor deny this theory however I have always questioned the mentality of settlers and their attitude towards the natives.

it was a rhetorical question . please refrain from directly answering such questions

Lol I did but I did, however I did have enough logical reasoning to include.

well i think there was a lot of distrust between both sides and also the added honour of the tribe which they may feel would be damaged by asking the white man for help .

However i would like to think that if they brought a sick child or old person that the white man would help them out as best as they could .

i edited it … dammit

Absolutely, the biggest face palm I have over these arguments is when people paint natives as being this at one with nature love enriched super culture of harmony.

When we know for a fact that tribes fought over territory and resources (same as all humans have and continue to do) and had a tendency to kill outsiders impeding on their Territory on sight. This is something that we still see with the few tribal societies we know of.

People seem to forget that regardless of culture or race, all humans as a species carry the same capacities for “good” and “evil”.

I love this guy, but its a rehearsed routine.

There videos of him at other houses and its the same spiel every time (not verbatim of course).

Entertaining none the less but loses some charm when you see it done over again. This probably why people don’t follow comedians on tour

god i miss this .

this is what happens basically every year between British airborne and us airborne  the British win in the video but thats because they’re the attacking force which should win every time .

How do they determine hits? electronic censors like laser tag? Im assuming thats what the yellow devices are?

looks like fun.

yes alot like laser tag . very expensive kit but best way to train . and yes its a lot of fun , allows us to train on every combat aspect as well , from casavac to a company size attack drills , room clearly . etc

Why’s that? 20charsss

Personally I think these types of training exercises should be mandatory for all citizens.

I would however employ the most advanced practical effects specialists to help realistically gore up the training.

I think it has potential to help change peoples acceptance of war being a means of reasonable resolution.

because its a drill designed primarily to run through attacking drills . the defending team play insurgents and are assigned to defend a certain area and not move from the general area too much . Where as the attacking force plans and executes the attack in which ever way they choose .

[/quote] ohh some of the injuries are goed up , missing legs etc but thats not every time , as it requires legless/armless actors
