The statistics don’t take into effect other factors, that come with a larger population. More people (obviously), there fore more people to commit crimes. Larger populations suffer from over crowding, low income, ect, more people can also mean more corruption. That’s why its retarded to compare the U.S to any country in Europe.

All the people that I taught shooting have proper grip. Once they get there I encourage them by telling them that it took them only a couple of minutes to get a better grip than Pierce Brosnan :slight_smile: They will always remember this line :smile:

This one was a really good class with an instructor trained in Israel. What I hated though is that he didn’t allow us to draw from concealment. Anyways, it was beginners class so I understand he didn’t want anyone to shoot their legs.

I said it’s stupid to compare the U.S to any European country, comparing the U.S to the Eu would make more sense. Even then you still can’t really compare them. Countries in the EU are still their own nations, while the U.S is one large country.

BTW, she will be getting Ruger LCR once she finally gets herself to get the CC license.

I am just not sure whether to get .38 or .357. I was tending towards .357 but then I saw some tests that claim that .357 doesn’t have much edge over .38 in the 2 inch barrel. So now I am undecided.

Yeah, that is an issue, but the best gun is the one you have on you when you need it. And she will be more likely to carry what is easiest to carry rather than what is easiest to shoot.

At the same time she is much more confident around wheel guns than pistols, so my Kahr is kind of off the table. Not to mention that the 9mm kicks pretty well in the little Kahr and she hates shooting it (unlike the CZ 75).

can always trust a good glock compact. accurate and very easy to hande, altho if she likes wheelguns just go for the 38, you can get them with longer barrels while still keeping them a good carry weapon.

They’re not though. They are sent to shelters, given bus tickets to where ever they want to go ect. One border patrol agent got prison time for aiming his gun at illegals. Not to mention they’re extremely under manned.
