Exactly what i thought, when i read about it. They are also trying to say Abe Lincoln was black and so was Mozart.

It’s probably because their history is so pathetic they have to try and steal white history.

Of course they’ve been proven wrong, but its all just a “racist conspiracy”.

so how are you feeling about the blood moon tonight ? running for the hills begging for gods forgiveness ?

You do know that the Irish (one of Celtic groups) Has always been considered Black until recent history?

You should study Scientific racism, some fucked parts of American scientific history.

Yes sir, got my shogun some beef jerky and a twelve pack of beer.

Do you mean that we thought they were black up until recent history? Or do you mean they were black up until recent history?

The idea that the Celts, and vikings were black is largely thrown out by most historians, because it lacks proper evidence.

The man claiming Vikings were black is claiming this based off the Saxons referring to the Norse as “black devils”. This is not at all sufficient evidence.

Well, sure there are some racist scientists, but i do not buy that there is a racist cover up of history.

that just about sums up the US population

Scientifically and socially they were viewed and treated the same as Negroes, as a sub species.

There was a huge population of Irish slaves (the were commonly treated better, more like indentured servitude yet were still brutalized and discriminated against).

If you have not already read anything on the subject look up the Barbary wars and the Berbers. The Berbers raided many European coasts and took slaves and sold them all over the world they had a vast slave trade. Many people are not aware of white slavery during the same time period as the transatlantic slave trade.

Ok that’s nice, whats the relevance here? no one has mentioned nor hinted at one.

Scientific racism

Yes i know about all that, but what what relevance does that have to people thinking the celts and vikings were black? The Irish slaves were very clearly white, it is well documented.

Well, again how is this relevant to people claiming the Vikings were black?

Not in the eyes of white people of the time.

This quote is from your own link.

Being defined as black doesn’t necessarily mean they have brown skin like Africans.

I suggest looking into Black Irish.

Who were the Black Irish, and what is their story?

The link which has been debunked.

The people claiming the Vikings, and Celts were black, are claiming they are physically black as in black skin.
If you look at the second link the author of the book has two black guys in viking armour.

I’m not saying the Irish weren’t treated like blacks, I’m saying they didn’t have black skin. The term “Dark invader” or “black devils” could easily refer to their pagan beliefs or their brutality. That is not enough evidence to say they were black, when there is loads of evidence proving they were white.
