That’s shopping mall security in the Czech Republic looks like now. I don’t like it much though, I would very much prefer 10% CCing civilians over that.

Basically all cops now have submachine guns and assault rifles - either on them or in a car trunk.

BTW can you believe the pictures of French police? It looks like they raided a firearms museum.

@sirwarriant I am please to see that in the last episode of Fargo, the assassin’s weapon of choice was a CZ 75. Not realistic in 1979 USA, but still, well done :slight_smile:

@snejdarek @TheDivineInfidel several states have recently told Washington to go fuck themselves, and that they are not taking in any refugees. Sadly my state is not one of those, the Governor is very supportive of bringing potential terrorists here, and Obama has talked about bringing over 250,000 to the U.S.

A damn shame i won’t be able to carry for 3 years. Gotta love my countries stupid rules, i can fight for my country, and vote, but i can’t cc or drink.

the most modern i saw was an MP5 which against a guy in bullet proof kit , isnt very fucking useful .

i see our police have started pulling out mp7’s and L119’s which is quite new , before it was just g36c’s and MP5’s , mp5’s are being phased out . … by the looks of it , selling them to the french :slight_smile:

Apart from common soldiers and reservists, the Czech Army has also “active reservists”. These are people that have civilian profession but take part in 3 weeks of military drills each year and who may be called to service immediately should the need arise. During the veteran’s day, they all dress in uniforms at their civilian profession.

Yes the british armed forces also has this . Called "the territorial army " although this will soon be known as simply " army reserve "

Here you can choose how many weeks a year you commit to . (I believe the minimum is 3 )

Which is what they plan on doing with the british army even more .

So we will have 80,000 full time soldiers and then 30,000 part time soldiers , although currently they’re not getting enough people signing up for the territorial army or as we call them "the weekend warriors "

Interview with state attorney:

  • the two men were stopped during a routine traffic control
  • they had four vz.61 scorpions and 3 UZIs, no ammunition, which were decommissioned under Slovak laws
  • Slovak decommissioning is easy to revert, such guns are completely illegal in the Czech Republic
  • Czech police asked French authorities regarding the persons connection to organized crime, terrorism, didn’t get any response
  • were tried for simple possession, low sentences take into account that the guns were decommissioned, although not in line with Czech standards
