I think you have your numbers wrong there friend.
France Muslim population is at 9.6%
U.K is at 4.5%
Germany is at 4.3% with only 1.5 million actually being citizens.
Bulgaria is at 7.8%.
And you can bet that the % has sky rocketed since the recent migrant crisis. Let also check the views on those Muslims,
1 in 4 Muslims in Britain support suicide bombings against British troops, 35% of the Muslims in France say suicide bombing is justified, the same number support suicide bombings in Britain.
These polls were only done on documented Muslims, who knows how many are living in these countries now. And from what i understand they mostly tend to live in the major cities, Paris, London ect. 40% of England’s Muslims live in London, and 1.7 million Muslims out of 6 million live in Paris.
