"ohh look a camera "
i was quite shocked actually at how many people they done for the riots . they had the courts working 24 hours with a constant flow of people .
how they managed to pick so many out from the CCTV puzzles me .
out of 3,443 reported crimes during the 5 nights between 6-11 of august related to the disorder over 3,000 arrests had been made by the 15th .
most were arrested afterwards from either being picked out on CCTV , posting about it on social media (thick shits ) or picked out from amateur footage posted online.
ohh and of course the police published most of the footage they had and many members of the public gave them info on the people in the footage .
Well I am an atheist, don’t hold it against me if the fairy tales get mixed up.
Czech police specialist developed a system that can recognize a person from his body movements on video while he walks. I.e. if someone robs a bank with face covered, it is enough if they have him on the camera walking from a good angle to convict him (they still have to find him first though). Apparently the walk is as distinguishable as fingerprints.
I know that FBI is also using this to get convictions and I would be surprised if Brits weren’t.[quote=“TheDivineInfidel, post:9894, topic:21032”]

How did the prisons deal with the sudden inflow?
We have a chronic prison overcrowding. Fortunately the new prisons were being finished just as the migrants wave started, so they were turned directly to refugee shelters. The fact that they can’t move through the Czech Republic and moreover get into jail-like refugee shelters for months before they are proceeded and returned to Greece/Hungary/Slovakia/Poland got out pretty fast. Thanks to that most are now trying really hard to avoid Czech Republic on the way to Germany/Sweden.
LOL, okay when i link RT it’s “Russian propaganda”, but when you link RT we’re supposed to accept it as fact.
I would still expect an atheist to know a decent chunk about the different religions, seeing how they all played a huge role in history. Also learning about them helps prevent you from making totally false statements about them.
@snejdarek @TheDivineInfidel @McWonderBeast
A U.S army document, that goes into detail about detaining civilians, putting down insurgencies ect. The document applies to the U.S, and it would involve FEMA the DHS, and ICE.
Ill give it a solid read when I have the time but as always im skeptical.
Theres thousands of these “official documents” out there more often then not its just fear mongering no true evidence other then a .PDF floating around the interwebs.
I used RT to troll.
You tried using RT as a valid argument.
whats RT??
What kinda crippling insecurities do you have to have for you to be this irritable and bitter, like, all the time? It feels like in a whole lot of the posts of yours that I read you come off as a caustic little ankle biter.
Sorry, you are probably right. I am spending all the time home learning for an exam now. I have not been the most sociable person lately.
@sirwarriant no hard feelings
It’s available at the U.S army’s website, so i’d say its legit. I read through it, and it goes over an internment plan that the U.S army can use domestically and in other countries. The thing that really stuck with me was that FEMA and the DHS would be involved with domestic internment.
It really just confirms what those crezy conspiracy theorists have been saying for years.
RT is Russia today it’s a news source like VICE, it generally does have a very pro Russia, very anti west bias, but they do have some good stuff from time to time.
I honestly only hop on every few days to see the funny shit Skoruligr posts
Feelings? There are no feelings in the troll cave.
I didn’t really see your post as negative anyway.
you find it odd that the military , department of homeland security and the federal emergency management would work together in the even of a major domestic incident that state authorities couldnt deal with ?
that confirms all conspiracy theories ? do you step back and think about these things much ?
I never said i found it odd, it just confirms things ive been hearing for years. The whole DHS, and FEMA interment business. The thing i find odd is why there is a plan for internment camps for U.S citizens.
well it tells you if you actually read your own source
I/R operations facilitate the ability to conduct rapid and decisive combat operations; deter, mitigate, and defeat
threats to populations that may result in conflict; reverse conditions of human suffering; and build the capacity
of a foreign government to effectively care for and govern its population. This includes capabilities to conduct
shaping operations across the spectrum of military operations to mitigate and defeat the underlying conditions
for conflict and counter the core motivations that result in support to criminal, terrorist, insurgent, and other
destabilizing groups. I/R operations also include the daily incarceration of U.S. military prisoners at facilities
throughout the world.
This manual continues the evolution of the I/R function to support the changing nature of OEs. In light of
persistent armed conflict and social turmoil throughout the world, the effects on populations remain a
compelling issue. The world population will increase from 6 billion to 9 billion in the next two decades, with
95 percent of the growth occurring in the developing world. By 2030, 60 percent of the world’s population will
live in urban areas. Coexisting demographically and ethnically, diverse societies will aggressively compete for
limited resources.
Typically, overpopulated third world societies suffer from a lack of legitimate and effective enforcement
mechanisms, which is generally accepted as one of the cornerstones of a stable society. Stability within a
population may eliminate the need for direct military intervention. The goal of military police conducting
detainee operations is to provide stability within the population, its institutions, and its infrastructure. In this
rapidly changing and dynamic strategic environment, U.S. forces will compete with local populations for the
same space, routes, and resources. The modular force’s ability to positively influence and shape the opinions,
attitudes, and behaviors of select populations is critical to tactical, operational, and strategic success.
An adaptive enemy will manipulate populations that are hostile to U.S. intent by instigating mass civil
disobedience, directing criminal activity, masking their operations in urban and other complex terrain,
maintaining an indistinguishable presence through cultural anonymity, and actively seeking the traditional
sanctuary of protected areas as defined by the rules of land warfare. Such actions will facilitate the dispersal of
threat forces, negate technological overmatches, and degrade targeting opportunities. Commanders will use
technology and conduct police intelligence operations to influence and control populations, evacuate detainees
and, conclusively, transition rehabilitative and reconciliation operations to other functional agencies. The
combat identification of friend, foe, or neutral is used to differentiate combatants from noncombatants and
friendly forces from threat forces
