[/quote] the reason why pistols are the weapon of choice is because they can be hidden , you could walk around all day with a hand gun down your trousers , thats a bit harder to do with an AK47 so the only time a gang would use one is to send a message or going out with the clear intention of killing someone .

Well, what was this protest about? Speaking as a non European, it seems like anyone who is anti mass immigration, or right winged, is labelled as a Nazi in Europe.

That could quite easily happen in the U.K, background checks, and weeks worth of paper work do not prevent family members from stealing your guns and using them to kill people.
