After winning the horse race it has been reported all over the net, and I am also throwing my name into that pile, that the saddle prize you are supposed to receive at the completion of the mission doesn’t happen.
You get paid out a small amount of coin and that’s it.
I think she makes it available for purchase, doesn’t give it right away…
I don’t think that is the case.
Bump, she indeed doesn’t give you any reward at all apart from few Groschen. I tried doing 2 of the “bigger” sidequests in the last few hours - this one and Hare Hunt. Both bugged. I am probably gonna wait a bit for the upcoming patch and hope that at least some of it gets fixed.
@OzPol Have you guys bought the Noble saddle with 4 bags? because that is the prize… I think… I had bought it first time around so she didn’t give it to me since I already had it
I just tested this by doing the race again and it doesn’t matter whether I have the Noble Saddle with 4 bags or not (I had bought it beforehand, so I just dropped it on the ground before talking to her about the reward), she just flat out doesn’t give me anything but 175 Groschen. And I looked afterwards and she has the Noble Saddle with 4 bags in her “shop inventory” for sale, so that shouldn’t be an issue.
Anyway, if the reward is supposed to be “only” that, I probably wouldn’t care that much as I have an abundance of money anyway. I just hoped for some cool unique custom saddle she promised.
Yeah… the game is clearly unpolished. The further you go on the game the more unfinished quests you see…
It’s hardly a reward if you have to pay for the saddle. Disappointing.
