Think of his hands! Give the blacksmith tongs!

Hello,

I am loving the detail in the game but please don’t do what really bugs me about virtually any other game with blacksmiths. Holding on to any part of that big glowing piece of metal is going to burn your hands so that’s why actual blacksmiths use tongs.

To be honest the authentic feel of this game just makes little things like that stand out which I think is a testament to how good this looks.

I understand that this is very alpha and perhaps this is already being considered but if it isn’t then please do consider it!

I also suggested several things like this - animated door opening and animated recipe book’s page turning for the main character.
I back you up on your logical and realistic suggestion. IMHO we should tell stuff like that to Warhorse all the time with due respect, because we don’t like features to be missed and they are only humans after all who are susceptible to errors like all of us.

I’m a gamer since I’m 3 years old and I’m 26 years old. I knew how to get a PC booted, I knew how to start Norton Commander and I knew how to navigate in that pretty nice browsing application from which I started 90% of the awesome games. You tell me now how much of a gamer I am.

That guy was nothing but a troll so I flagged him. Mods have obviously taken action.

Anyway, the tongs make sense. There was something that really bothered me in Skyrim was that the blacksmiths all had hammers and hammered away at their forges, used the tanning racks and the grindstones but never actually forged anything - would be a nice touch and simple to implement to add tools.

I’m not a troll, I just told a silly joke. The mods didn’t do anything, I deleted my comments of my own volition because apparently this place is full of people who get butthurt over silly jokes.
