yea it is, that why the guy said polish cuz witcher 3’s game developers are polish and the story of this easter egg is geralt was afraid yennifer would stuff his horse so they can have sex on it so he sold it to this guy. its kinda funny.
and the horses name is roach so yeah lots of witcher 3 references

He’s saying polish because Andrzej Sapkowski is Polish not the developers.
The other bigger farm has Kelpi which is Ciri’s horse in the books and mentioned in the game.

Witcher 3, Warhorse Jenda is a easter egg as well as the horse is named after a dog of one of the devs, how ever Jenda died while KCD was in development.
