There is a quest early in the game when im training with the swordsmen after that quest the surrender option came up and wont go away, it won’t let henry sleep too, also just to make things clear nobody is after me. Come on guys i even prepaid for this game please make a patch soon
Same thing happened to me. Try committing a crime then paying/serving the time for it. I stole a pretzel then paid 60 groschen to be rid of the permanent surrender option. The loss of groschen & reputation [both will be earned back 
] is negligible compared to Henry not being able to sleep in his own bed. Now I can sleep again and it feels great!!!
