Fed up beyond belief with this sack of **** game. Boards are full of people that seem to think if they don’t encounter a bug then it doesn’t exist. Maybe if things are tackled in one order they are ok and another there’s a problem. Coupled with some badly thought out design choices that restrict the player this has made the whole experience pretty bad. Really not good enough that this game was released with so many problems. It is getting there patch after patch, but I think it is time to cut my losses with it. Hope the dev team can learn about what it means to have fun with a game rather than to try and tie players hands with attempts to enforce a particular style of play. Disappointed

A lot of people, including me, like this game. just because it does not cater to your casual needs does not mean it’s a **** game. sure, it has bugs, but there’s a reason patches are being made, you know. whining is not the same as reporting bugs and other problems.
if you’re fed up, then sure, go ahead and quit. One less whiner the devs have to deal with.
This is why I seldom go to this forum and go to the subreddit instead. most posts here are just about whining. you can report bugs and encourage the devs instead. yeah, that’s possible. amazibg, right?
repeatedly being told they suck won’t make them more productive with the patches, but more likely the opposite

I too give up. Wasted my money. Game crashes, and riding a horse with the keyboard is nearly impossible.

Casual needs??? Sure it has bugs??? Why don’t you quit whining about how other people are whining. If you’re so damned happy with the game go and play it instead of being on here. I’m here because I need to go somewhere to vent because the damned game has just screwed up yet again.
Ironic you should give up just as the biggest issues (and apparently the majority) are finally coming to a close.
Sorry what was I thinking. It’s a brilliant game so realistic, so completely not casual. Gotta play through the bugs it’s all part of what makes it so real. On the plus side, next time I’m waiting for a coat of paint to dry I’ll remember this game.

First of all, I can understand the OP’s frustration. However, there is a big difference between helpful, and useless criticism. If you plain don’t like a game, walk away, as yelling in a forum, is not good for anything, except maybe you feel a little better for a second.
On the other hand, if you want to play the game, but feel changes are needed, then constructive criticism is possible. Just saying you hate a game, helps no one. Specific faults, with helpful solutions, get you a lot further than temper tantrums. I too see a lot of issues with the game, but I love it too, and see it’s potential. it is why I report bugs properly, with save files, videos, and screen shots included so they can see the issues first hand.
This is a small, indie company, and their first game. There are going to be issues, and if you didn’t expect a huge “break in period” then you were not being realistic in your expectations.

@gem249204 you are the first person who thinks having things like the main quest and major side quests 'just work’ing is a casual need… Can you give me an example of a non casual need?
