Just a quick guide to make things clear:
Titles
Everything should be fully automated now. If the email you used while creating the forum account is the same as your Kickstarter account, the correct title should be automatically assigned to you. If you used different email, you can change it in your account preferences and the title will be assigned to you. Please wait a day or two after the changes to make it happen.
Account activation
Account creation and activation should work without any problems now. Sadly, in a few past days we had a problem with our SMTP gate and some of the activation emails weren’t sent. If you created your account in these days and still haven’t received your activation email, please try to log in to the forums and when the error box informing you that your account isn’t activated appears, press the “Send the activation email again” button.
Contact
If you tried all of the above, waited a day or two and you still have problems, please contact us and we will solve your issue manually. If you can, please contact us via Kickstarter messages (“contact us” button below money counter on our KS page) as there we can see all the inormation regarding your pledge and don’t have to manually look up your account.
