Do the same question in Google. Get your answers. They have spoke about it.
I believe they said it will be patched in but it needed to be scrapped to meet the release deadline.

I’ve seen u say this before. Instead why don’t u just tell us since u know and save people some time. I’m not lazy I could easily Google it but since u know the answer why don’t u be helpful to the community instead of giving your generic answer of telling us to Google. Personally I don’t want a dog companion which is why I don’t care to Google it but many others do so for them. Stop being a wanker and just answer the question.

Nothing wrong with the voice overs. Dog companions are annoying.
