How the hell do you access the tournament mode because every time i speak to the Herald he says wait a few days but nothing happens? i go to sir Hans but there are no dialogue options because im in the epilogue… Can somebody please help?

You can start tournament by Samopesh blacksmith…But I have same problem with Hans Capon - epilogue - no new quest, just end game…Any ideas?
