I beat my first opponent in tournament mode over the 2 rounds. I then beat my second opponent in both rounds again and I just have the loading logo at the bottom right of my screen rotating.

Hello. Same here. BUT!
I made one tourney and when I finished (I won) that in next day, when I travel to far distance, that last knight I fough - Petr Black (or what was his name) attacked me on the road as enemy attack, so I killed him and now when I am in third round, game just loading and loading and… still loading 
Little necro here… But im still having the same crash with patch 1.7.2 xbox one x, on the second tourney round 3 where you get the never ending loadscreen. Is there a workaround of fix?
