Bernie should stick to economics, oh wait…

So the economy in europe does not work? Okay, when it comes to refugees here is a lot of stuff which is going wrong, keep that aside. But apart from that, free education and healthcare.
You know that education is not a personal thing but important to a society? I don´t only talk about universities here. But this is crazy stuff…

About the Carrier deal: good job Trump, but is there another side of the coin? Yes there is, and it is legitimate to point it out, and thats exactly what Sanders is doing.

And when it comes to Castro: he was an authoritarian dictator and his system was and still is shitty,
I don´t want to defent this guy, it is good that he is gone and I hope that now there will be someone better.
But did you know that Cuba has one of the highest rates of medical doctors per inhabitant? And they are not some shitty uneducated doctors, but very well working ones. I would rather go into some hospital on Cuba, than in the US.

this may be so . however i have been to cuba a few years ago and while it goes down as one of the most amazing places ive ever been to filled with some of the kindest people ive ever met . the poverty is unmissable . the houses look run down and generally shitty and are filled with huge families which you can see as they all sit outside their homes in the evening smilling and waving as you drive past . the place needs huge change and huge investment my only worry is in doing so the country loses its charm which was what made the place so special .

Castro was NOT a force for the better he was a villain

I agree. Apart from the Healthcare system I can not think of something else that have gone to the better side. I hope that there will be some change in this country soon.

I wouldn’t be so sure about praises of their healtcare system, it seems to me like a typical communist Potemkin village. The fact that they have high amount of doctors is nice, but it says little about actual medical care provided and especialy about equipment in their hospitals, considering their poverty. There are photos and witnesses showing some terrible stuff. IMO they have a few top quality hospitals which they show to the world as an example of their communist greatness, and the small regional hospitals for regular people look more like this:

I fear more that it will become another Guatemala, a country run down by criminal gangs with crime rates on par with civil war situations.

“think tank in the United Kingdom, whose stated aims are to challenge “extremely damaging and harmful policies” envisaged by governments to mitigate anthropogenic global warming”

I am not sure what are you saying.

Trump’s centerpiece on economy during campaign was slapping US companies that take jobs abroad with import duties.

Now he promised a tax break to one such company instead.

They kept 40% of their factory in the US and took 60% abroad, and got tax breaks as a result.

You do not have free anything my friend, you’re taxed out the ass. I would much rather live in a society where i can choose to spend my money how i please, and not have to pay for other people.

What point is there exactly?

So because they hand out medical degrees like candy, that means they have a good health care system.

I suppose if you have a death wish Cuban hospitals would be a great choice. Why do Euros have this idea that American hospitals are shitty and low tech? I’ll bet money hospitals and doctors in the U.S on average are far superior to your own nation and the majority of Europe.

There’s a reason Canadians and even Europeans will pay out of pocket and come to the U.S for treatment if they can afford it. The main issues people have with U.S health care is that it’s too expensive, not that it’s low quality.

There health care did not go to the better side at all. Take a look at the infant mortality rate of Cuba when Batista was in power, compared to now.

The fact that you think Cuba has a good health care system is laughable, you’ve either been watching Cuba state run media, or michel moore documentaries, both of which are communist propaganda.

He promised a tax cut to a company that kept their jobs here, like he had been saying all along.

Source. I don’t buy it that they were still able to move jobs abroad after this deal.

I guess you don’t think levying carbon taxes on people who live in cardboard huts is harmful? Or threatening to jail people over denying climate change?

That is the problem. What use do I have from a hospital if I can´t afford it, if it stays close to me?
I have no doupt that the quality of the hospital is fine, but I could not afford it.

And why should I pay for others? To keep a peace in the society. If people get desperate they do desperate things, don’t let them get desperate.

They are required by law to treat you, even if you don’t have insurance. There is usually 20 million dollars a year in un paid medical bills per hospital because of this.

So you believe in using the power of the state to force others to give up their money to pay for social programs, even if they don’t use them?

“Your prejudices are false. It is mine prejudices which are true.”

How exactly is what i said a prejudice?

Because I doupt you have enough experience and knowledge to make such comparation.

Are you talking about army, police… too?

I never claimed i had experience in European ( i have plenty in U.S hospitals) hospitals. I merely pointed out the fact that Canadians (and some Europeans) who have “free health care” will come into the U.S and pay out of pocket for medical treatment.

I think that speaks volumes, and if you want go back and look at the horror stories that come out of the U.Ks hospitals like people waiting two months to get a broken leg fixed.

Army and police benefit everyone, even if you never have to use their services.

Never claimed. Yet you said that U.S. doctors and hospitals are superior on average to Germans and most of the Europe.

Are those patient comming to U.S. because of broken leg? Anyway, Ive never heard anyone here would wait with broken leg here.

And similar could be said about the healthcare and even education.

Yes which i believe to be true. The private sector is almost always superior to the public sector, and U.S hospitals are not run by the government. If a government run program does poorly, they simply poor more money into it. If a private company does poorly they go out of business (unless of course bailed out by the government). This is what leads to the private sector being better, same deal with education.

I never claimed they were coming because of a broken leg, i said that people in the U.K have to wait a long time for things like that.

Canadians who come here, are mainly coming here for surgery. For instance a youtube who’s videos i frequently link in here (Stefan Molyneux) had to come to the U.S for cancer treatment, because the Canadian ones were unable to find the tumor in his neck that almost killed him.

Not really. A strong military prevents invasion, and a strong police force deters crime. Without those things there would be anarchy.

Why should i have to pay into a healthcare system i wont use, or an Education one for that matter?
