This was commented quite a lot in Czech media as Czech army was considering getting Leopards from Spanish surplus. Despite never being used and only sitting in warehouse, Czech army considered them good for scrap metal only and didn’t follow through though.

Possible but im not to sure how effective the RPG 75 would be seems more designed for lighter tanks and IFV’s rather than an MBT , but possible none the less
The version with thermobaric grenade should be able to penetrate also MTBs. I am not sure though whether we gave them any of those, more likely standard surplus.

pfft… I think that is bullshit. RPG75 is maybe useful for self defense against armored vehicles or against APCs, but I don´t think that the RPG75 is the weapon of choise against a “modern” MBT. You will need an ATGM to do that… but an ATGM will do a perfectly fine job, as thats exactly what this things are designed for. Even the RPG-29 would be pretty brave, I would more suggest a 9К111 or a MILAN or something like that, while it would be kind of ironic to destory a Leopard with a MILAN.
