Uncomparable, if a police car or any other property is damaged in a similar manner, itâs a big crowd of hooligans outnumbering police that cannot be managed easily. In that case it is acceptable that police wonât prevent certain damage, mainly because if they went all out on hooligans, they would only escalate violence. In no way 3 police officers would allow a single hooligan to beat them up like that.
I originaly didnât comment on ethnicity of the attacker at all, but I really hate the relativism you just showed. Every nation/ethinicty/whatever has itâs fair share of retards and agressive people. However, there are great differences in percentage and cultural acceptance of such behavior (which has nothing to do with poverty). Yes, we have agressive hooligans who like to destroy stuff. However, even vast majority of football fans consider them assholes and there is exactly zero acceptance of such behavior by general public. Meanwhile, I can guarantee you that your avarage migrant community would cheer the attacker up and hide him before the police if he asked, just like in case with the terrorist in Molenbeck, who was freely roaming streets there for days before someone finally alarmed the police. There is a great difference in acceptance of agressive behavior, where european culture teaches that calm solution of problems is superior, in arab/muslim culture it is considered weakness. I also have yet to hear about a case where police is afraid to enter a hooligans gheto or police being especially carefuly in using force against lone hooligan due to fears of reactions by hooligans community and NGOsâŚ

About the refugee and the 3 female police officers in sweden. I think it is a bad idea to send them alone, as females are often weaker than males, and it can be important in cases like this. On the other hand, female officers often have an advantage when it comes to social skills and to de-escalate situations. So there might be situations where a female police officer is more competent than a male one, but also the other way around (as in this case). So I think mixed teams are the best option.
In my opinion police officers should also always work in a team of at least two people. I find the habit of american police officers quite strange, to drive around alone. Even as a firefighter I always work in a team and never alone.
The german police on the other hand doesn´t uses tasers at all. Because people could die if you use it, so it is classified as a lethal weapon. And a pistol is quite a better lethal weapon than a taser. Whis is stupid in my personal opinion. Tasers would be quite useful. in the rage between pepper spray or the club and a pistol.

Just today there is a case in czech media in which 3 policemen couldnât handle 120kg man and so they tased him 4 times and the man later died. All later investigation then concluded that the policmen acted lawfully. According to the article, czech police uses tasers since 2007, and condition for using it are the same as for using their regular firearm, so itâs considered as a better way than to shoot people dead right away. Since 2007, no one died because of a taser hit execept for this case, and even in this case doctors question the causality.
That is why they are taught pain compliance techniques. That is why they have mace, batons and pistols.

Do you remember how young Danes rampaged through Prague couple of years ago? Danish Police sent their own officer to help with translations and paperwork involving the perpetrators and the Danish cops were completely dumbstruck by the way Czech police dealt with it - tackle to the ground, handcuffs on all the time, charges that carried up to 10 years imprisonment for things like grand theft of a âŹ100 mobile phone.
Different culture. Here cops would wait three months for Octavia to get repaired, maybe they just get a new Volvo in Sweden whenever they ask for it, so they have higher pain treshold as regards car being smashed.
It got to the point when nothing comes to mind as a reaction to this.

Are you serious? Thatâs one incredible false equation. There were no riots that would lead to damaged property. There was only bunch of nazis and hooligans who were throwing stuff on gypsies, which was definitely not generaly accepted behavior and definitely not accepted by general public that attended the event. In fact, one of the main demands of the demonstration was to have more police in the streets. Truly terrible rioters.

Look up what riots mean and how it looks like when it happens. Even the videos you posted show just people running on the street at most, with majority just standing or calmly walking in protest, not smashing anything nor attacking anyone.
