of course . because the risk of been searched has been reduced so people dont see the risk of carrying a knife so high . It used to be if you walked down the street with your hood up , trousers round your knees and generally looking like a bellend you would likely get searched at some point .

Interesting interview with an 101 year old civil war veteran (Confederate) done in 1947. Never thought i would hear an interview with someone who fought using Napoleonic line infantry tactics. Must have been weird for him to fight a war like that, and then see a war fought with tanks, planes, and full automatic weaponry.
