Amazing. People who commit a disproportionate amount of crimes make up a disproportionate amount of the prison population.

I only have anecdotal information from acquaintances who either served time or work as prison officers that supports that number.
I just heard on Youtube that some people in the USA drive without a drivers licence? Is this true? How is that even possible?
Well it’s illegal to do so, and the penalties can be quite harsh. Normally the people being arrested over it are illegal immigrants. Although California issues licenses to illegals.
If you’re a citizen there’s really no excuse to not have one. It’s easy, and very cheap (20 $) of course you have to have a learners permit for a year (which allows you to drive with someone over 21) and a certain amount of hours clocked in prior to obtaining a license.
I can barely immagine someone driving without drivers licence in Germany. That is just something you would do if civilization ends.
For example, I am a voluntary firefighter in Germany, and to drive a firetruck, you need a special licence even if you have a truck driving licence. Sometimes there was no firefighter coming, who had this licence. So we just waited at the firestation and told another firestation to do the job instead of us. Better let the house burn for a couple of minutes more than drive without licence.
Because driving without a licence is imagined as almost impossible in Germany.
A drivers licence is very expensive in germany, around 1000-2000$ all together (for a car, a bus or truck drivers licence is about 3000-6000$) , and you have to go to a very strickt driving school. Thats why I think about making my drivers licence here in czech republic, because it is cheaper.

That would be completely unfeasible here. This is speculation on my part, but it seems Europeans rely much more on publican transportation, while Americans depend on cars. Without a car i wouldn’t be able to do 99% of what i normally do in my daily life.

Holy fuck. If that were how much it costed here, i would have never been able to afford my license, same goes for a good chunk of the population. This seems to confirm my speculation that cars are used more in day to day life over here.
You have to take a Drivers Education course over here, but i found it to be easy, along with the written test you have to take to get your learners permit. The driving test to get your license was stupidly easy, all i did was drive a few blocks around a neighbourhood.

I really wish i could purchase a handgun. I always wanted one of those Wyatt Earp revolvers. But sadly my state is retarded and allows me to purchase things like an anti material rifle before i can legally buy a handgun.
This Friday i get paid, and if my estimates are correct i should have enough to by a nice Ar, or a similar costing long gun. That is if the background check is cheap or not.
