People in Germany want to have a change, you can clearly see this by the outcome of the election. The votes are extremly split and the two big parties has lost a lot of voters. They have the worst results since the Federal Republic of Germany was founded. No party has enough votes to rule, they need to team up. The social democratic party (SPD) doesn´t want to team up with the Christian democratic party (CDU, which are the two biggest ones).
There is only one option, CDU can team up with FDP (Free democratic liberals, which is the most capitalist party in Germany) and the Green Party. This is the only realistic coaliton, but the Green party and FDP doesn´t like each other, and of course, Angela Merkel will be chancellor again.
Then there is the left wing Party and the new right wing party (Alternative für Deutschland - Alterantive for Germany), but nobody want´s to team up with them.
There are also a lot of other parties, for example the pirate party, “The Grey Party” (senior party), animal rights party, “the violets - the spiritual party” or the satire Party "The Party"
but they need to get at least 5% of the votes to get a seat in the parliament.
CDU: 32,9%
SPD: 20,8%
AfD: 13,0%
FDP: 10,4%
Green Party: 9,0%
Left Party: 9,0%
